Subscription information

Journal of Customer & Contact Centre Management is available by annual subscription, consisting of 4 quarterly issues of around 100 pages per issue. Subscribers receive complimentary online access with their print copies.

Corporate and library subscribers are all other subscribers to the journal.

Academic institutions and libraries taking out a subscription at the full rate receive one printed copy of each issue plus free online access via IP recognition for up to a maximum of 10 IP addresses. For all other subscribers, free online access is via a single username and password.
