Please note that advertising is restricted to that which promotes executive development in the field. Consequently, the Journal encourages media partnership proposals from conference producers, professionals associations and training course providers. Sponsorship opportunities are open to all.
As Journal of Customer & Contact Centre Managementis available by subscription only, advertising and sponsorship is chosen carefully and represents a maximum of four pages per 100-page issue. As a result, sponsorship or advertising in the journal has a very high profile.
Exclusivity can also be accommodated in some circumstances.
